Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace:
Navigating the National Standard for Successful Implementation

Developed by an expert technical committee, based on credible research, evidence and experience, this world class standard is being implemented in organizations across Canada, and research shows the benefits in improved business outcomes is undeniable.

WHAT ATTENDEES SAY
“Elizabeth Rankin-Horvath delivered a 1-day high quality training to NRCan employees on the National Standard on Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace. Elizabeth was able to explain the 4-stages of the implementation of the standard in a manner that conveyed clarity, accuracy, depth and generosity and modesty given that she was one of the lead coordinators in the development of the standard. If opportunity arises, I would be happy to work again with Elizabeth to further the implementation of the standard within the Earth Sciences Sector of Natural Resources Canada.” - Mohammed Habbane, Strategic Policy and Operations Branch, Natural Resources Canada
