I just returned from a wonderful trip to France. While I enjoyed Paris, Bordeaux and Saint-Émilion, and I could go on about the beauty of the place and the people I met, I am here to talk about the real reason I went there - to speak at the International Conference on Workplace Bullying and Harassment.
Watch my video as I share my thoughts and experience at this important conference.
